Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended due to high demand, but we always do our best to ensure prompt service.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on all orders over $100, or a flat rate of $7.99 for orders under $100.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for $14.99.
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Available for $24.99.

Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, courier delays, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. If you do not receive this email within 3 days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team at privacy-policy@pollheim.au.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your order and provide assistance in resolving the issue. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help you recover your item.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may be refused.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive a Return Label:We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Send Back Your Item:Securely package your item and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original purchase for a refund. This ensures that you receive your preferred product as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Defective or Incorrect Items

Cancellations & Order Changes

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at privacy-policy@pollheim.au. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order. In such cases, you may return the item following our standard return policy.
